first post!

I'm Megan.  I'm from Avoca, a small town near Scranton, Pa.  I love my family a lot.  I have an older sister, a younger brother and a severe case of middle child syndrome.  I get ganged up on by my siblings a decent amount.  It's usually harmless and hilarious so I don't tend to mind.  I get along with my siblings more than most.  I love my friends because they are loving and goofy, just like me.  I want to live near a beautiful beach.  I quote funny movies more than I converse with people.  I enjoy a wide variety of music.  My favorite band is usually Less Than Jake.  I don't like describing myself in text.  I have a strong interest in art.  Lately I've just been overwhelmed.  I hardly have a clue what I want to do with my life and I like to joke about that fact.  Considering I'm only a freshmen, I'm not too worried just yet.  I love to paint in an impressionistic style.  I really enjoy a lot of Monet's work.  I think I am most attracted to the aspect of rebellion of the impressionistic movement. Printmaking also catches my attention.  I think Andy Warhol's work is unlike a lot of artwork.  New approaches interest me.  I am also very attracted to color.  I just hope to get a job that pays well and helps me to enjoy life.  That's why I'm here.
